Club Ownership
Cardiff City FC Limited is a member of the Football League and the Football Association of Wales.
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardiff City Football Club (Holdings) Limited, which is the ultimate parent company of the group.
There are two shareholders owning 10% or more of the issued share capital in the ultimate parent company. Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun holds 36.1% and Michael Isaac holds 11%.
