Appointed as Fan Engagement Manager in February 2016, Amy McNiven is your key point of contact for any club related enquiries, issues or concerns.
Having worked for the Club and Community Foundation since 2012, Amy has led a Media Relations role within the Foundation in conjunction with her duties as host of our weekly magazine show, In The City.
With a sound understanding of the link between Club, community and supporters, it’s felt that having Amy lead such an important new initiative will propel the Club further forward in respect of its link with fans.
The Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) at Cardiff City Football Club is Adam Gilliatt.
UEFA first adopted the principle of the Supporter Liaison Officer as part of their football club licensing platform, and is centred on improving communication and providing a focal point for supporters to make their voice heard.
Adam is based at Cardiff City Stadium and is accessible to supporters whether via email email@example.com, on Twitter @CardiffCitySLO or face to face at the stadium should you wish to call in to discuss any issue involving your dealings with Cardiff City either on a match day or otherwise.
He will be available to speak to supporters at Cardiff City games both home and away throughout the season. Feel free to stop and ask Adam any questions or queries you have when you see him.
Before becoming The Club’s SLO, Adam worked in the Ticket Office for three years and has been a member of the Stadium Department since the beginning of the 2013/14 Season.
