REWARD SCHEME BASICS
All existing balances from 2016/17 will be cleared at 00:00 on 1st June 2017, at which point each qualifying member’s CityCash balance will return to zero. For the avoidance of doubt, CityCash balance from 2016/17 can be redeemed up until 23:59 on 31st May 2017. The 2017/18 CityCash Scheme will begin from 1st June 2017.
Each qualifying Season Ticket Holder and Member will begin with a starting balance of up to £5. Additionally, qualifying Season Ticket Holders that renew their Season Ticket for 2017/18 within the Early Bird Window (10th March 2017 at 9:00 until 7th April 2017 at 23:59 for General Season Ticket Holders and 10th March 2017 at 9:00 until 9th May 2017 at 23:59 for Corporate Season Ticket Holders) will receive an Additional Reward of £5 into their CityCash account. Starting balances will be available to redeem from 1st August 2017.
CityCash can be earned on the purchase of official merchandise, selected home league match tickets, hospitality packages, corporate club events and additional rewards.*
CityCash can be redeemed (in person or online until 31/5/17) on the purchase of merchandise, selected home league matches, corporate club events, Half Season Tickets, full Season Tickets & Memberships.*
Qualifying Season Ticket Holders and Members are automatically enrolled in to the CityCash Scheme. Those who purchase a Season Ticket, Half Season Ticket or Membership will be automatically enrolled in to the CityCash scheme 48 hours after registration.
All enrolled in the CityCash scheme are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of use which can be viewed via the link above. Qualifying Season Ticket Holders who are also Junior Bluebirds Members will be entitled to Season Ticket Holder CityCash Scheme amounts only.

To log in to your personalised CityCash account to check your balance and transaction history, simply visit www.wearebluebirds.co.uk
and enter your surname
and fan number.
A loyalty statement will also be emailed to you at the start of each month. Remember to check that your contact details are up to date by logging into your E-Ticketing or Online Store accounts.
