Sarajevo secured the title courtesy of a 3-1 victory over FK Sloboda Tuzla on Saturday evening, finishing top of the division with 66 points accumulated from their 30 league fixtures – a season that began with a friendly fixture against our U21/DVP side in the Bosnia & Herzegovina capital last summer (CLICK HERE TO VIEW)
The success marks Tan Sri Vincent Tan's second major league title, following on from the Bluebirds' 2013 nPower Championship triumph that itself built on the achievements and international attention that our display at the 2012 League Cup Final garnered.

Indeed, Tan Sri Vincent became owner of Belgian Pro League side, KV Kortrijk last month – themselves an established European competitor with trophy-winning ambitions. Cardiff City Football Club would like to wish our new Belgian counterparts good luck ahead of the 2015/16 season – and likewise to LA City FC as they continue preparations to compete in USA’s Major League Soccer.
And of course, as Tan Sri Vincent stated in his recent exclusive interview with Cardiff City Player, his aspirations for the Bluebirds to reclaim their BPL status remain as strong and fervent as ever. You can see that interview in its entirety by CLICKING HERE
