Cardiff City FC Limited is a member of the Football League and the Football Association of Wales.

It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardiff City Football Club (Holdings) Limited, which is the ultimate parent company of the group.

The only shareholder owning 10% or more of the issued share capital in the ultimate parent company is Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun who holds 36.1%.
