Following a week long break due to presenter/producer lurgy, on Monday we will be resuming our official podcast service from Ninian Park. We will then be keeping the exclusive show on a Monday night slot going forward in order to maximise coverage time.

In the Monday night show we will be speaking to Steve Borley on the new stadium, plus factoring in Darren Purse and Peter Enckelman on the Arsenal test ahead. It'll be a great way to build up to both the FA Cup replay with the Gunners, along with the big test of Charlton away next Saturday.

There'll be lots more in the show including official and exclusive reaction of the Nottingham Forest game.

We will also launch our second stadium tour competition, exclusive to podcast listeners.
