With the final scheduled league fixture at Ninian Park only six weeks away, we would like to invite all supporters their chance to mark the occasion in a personal way by posting tributes and photos in a special feature in the match-day programme.

It's a simple format that we hope many of you will enjoy taking part in, commemorating the last ever league match (let's leave play-off or promotion talk to one side for a minute) by highlighting the recollections, families and good times we have all shared, either in recent memory or stretching back to years gone by.

So what do we want?

All you have to do is send in your photos and brief messages for a special fans feature - either by email or post to the club. They could be messages of loved ones who have enjoyed their time inside Ninian Park or a simple line on your own message to a home that has served us so well.

What don't we want?

Please keep your messages as brief as possible - in short coming in at under 40 words. We know that many of you could write a small book on your memories, but this format is to serve as a bulletin board for many which requires space.

Some examples

"Farewell to Ninian from the Barrie, Jo, Frank and the McAuliffe clan in Block A. We'll never forget our time and will miss these walls forever. Come on City!!"

Send in your photos and messages on email to programme@cardiffcityfc.co.uk or via post to the club address at Ninian Park. Photos should be as high resolution as possible - at least 800k to have a chance of coming out well in print.

Please note that photos and messages posted cannot be returned, so only send in copies of photos. We will do all we can to get as many entries included as possible, though cannot promise every submission will feature.

All submissions are needed to come in by Friday April 17^th 2009.
