As we continue our preparations to usher in a brand new era at the Cardiff City Stadium, it is with pleasure that we our vastly improved online ticket system.
Cardiff City Football Club have joined forces with industry leaders Ticketmaster to provide a fantastic state of the art ticketing website which will make purchasing tickets easier than ever before.
Bluebird's supporters will be able to set up individual accounts and also activate current accounts. This will allow us to sell tickets for away games, while Ambassadors will be able to purchase special fixtures such as Cup tickets and pre season games.
The new technology allows us to set permissions giving us the ability to sell only to certain categories. If you are an Ambassador, Season Ticket Holder or a Member, it is extremely important that you activate your account with your fan number so you benefit from your supporter status.
We need to cross reference your fan number with our database which will allow you the relevant access needed to purchase tickets
If you are an Ambassador, Season Ticket Holder or member and don't activate your account you will not receive the benefits afforded to you.

To register, Ambassador Members should follow the instructions as listed below:

2. Click on the on line registrations link
3. Click on 'Activate Account'
4. Enter client reference number (as listed on Ambassador Memberships, followed by surname)
5. Follow instructions and complete the registration process.
If your account has a command of "account suspended" please call the ticket office with your fan number and asked to be taken off hold and they will reset your account allowing yout to complete your activation.
When tickets are made available, it will be possible for 'registered' Ambassador Members to claim seats on behalf of other unregistered Ambassador Members by listing the various client reference numbers and surnames. This will offer a convenient booking facility for family groups etc.
