Already a season ticket holder and fancy a taste of the Premier Club? We are pleased to confirm that all Ambassadors and season ticket holders can now temporarily 'upgrade' their seat to the comfort and hospitality of level four of the Grandstand.

Ambassadors and season ticket holders can upgrade for only £65, minus the match-day value of their season tickets - effectively the season ticket sale price divided by twenty three.

How it works

.  Ambassadors releasing their existing seats will do so on the understanding that their seat will be made available for resale for this match by the club.

.  On upgrading to the premium seats, the Ambassador or season ticket card will be deactivated for the Newcastle match ONLY, with a one off premium seat ticket being issued in its place.

.  The one off ticket will detail your entrance, row and seat number for the Newcastle match. The existing Ambassador or season ticket card will not permit access for the Newcastle game.

.  Once the match has passed your Ambassador or season ticket card will be reactivated for the rest of the season.

The stadium ticket office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturday. The office stays open until 7pm the day before a home game.
