Sean St Ledger has had a mixed start to his Middlesbrough career. After conceding five goals on his full debut the defender, on loan from Preston North End, has since scored two in his last three matches. He was on target at Reading on Saturday opening the scoring as well as helping his side keep a clean sheet, which has earned him a place in this week's Coca-Cola Championship team of the week.

He's joined at the back by Cardiff City's Adam Matthews, who helped his side to a 4-0 win away at Watford. Not only was he key to the clean sheet but he also scored his first ever senior goal.

Two other Cardiff players also made the team of the week and not for the first time. Peter Whittingham gets a place in midfield after scoring twice in the win at Vicarage Road, while striker Michael Chopra is named upfront even though he wasn't on the scoresheet.

Rob Hulse is named as his partner in attack after the Derby County striker scored the third goal in his side's 3-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday. He converted from the penalty spot in the 90th minutes after Lee Croft and Jay McEveley had already found the net.
