THE FORGOTTEN MEN

Posted on: Sun 28 Feb 2010
Our next home Championship fixture is on March 6th against Gordon Strachan's quietly improving Middlesbrough.

With the arrival of Boro comes a return to South Wales for one-time Bluebird Willo Flood. A popular player, Willo will most probably be remembered by Bluebirds fans as being the man who scored late on at Elland Road in August 2006 to secure three priceless Championship points.

So, for the next installment of Programme Fodder in our Middlesbrough match-day programme, we're asking you for the names (and brief write-ups, no more than 100 words, you know the drill!!) of forgotten men. Basically we want you to give a nod to those who only pulled on a City shirt once or twice but made a lasting impression for either a goal scored, a foul made or.... well, even a nightmare debut.

Good or bad, there have been players over the years who may have defined a Saturday afternoon for you. Let's bring them back to memory. Go to www.cardiffcitystadium.co.uk/mb and have your say.

DEADLINE FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS, TUESDAY 2nd MARCH, MIDNIGHT

WATCH OUT FOR!!! Your chance to pick the theme. Following the Middlesbrough game, we're asking you the supporters to choose the theme of Programme Fodder. A thread is on the messageboard now and for our remaining fixtures this season, YOU will be calling the shots.
