THANKS FROM OUR HEROES

Posted on: Fri 12 Mar 2010

Thanks to all Cardiff City fans who showed their appreciation and generosity towards the Help For Heroes charity at the home match with Middlesbrough.

The match was part of Football for Heroes week, which sees all 72 Football League clubs showing their support for the charity at a home match. The teams walked out behind a Help For Heroes banner, and men of the Welsh Guards paraded on the Stadium pitch.

City manager Dave Jones is an ambassador for Help For Heroes, an organisation formed to help servicemen and women who have been wounded in Britain's current conflicts.and a patron of another forces charity, Talking2Minds.
