In order to ensure supporters access Cardiff City Stadium without delay, the ticket office has requested that all collections for pre-purchased tickets be made the day before the game if possible, or within plenty of time prior to kick-off if you can only get to the stadium on Wednesday.

Over one thousand tickets are due to be collected following strong demand for the match, which would naturally result in queues and delays if a majority arrive to collect close to kick-off.
