Dave Jones and his coaching staff have started putting the Bluebirds back through their paces ahead of Thursday's first pre-season friendly fixture with Bath City at Twerton Park (kick-off 7pm, match commentary live on Cardiff City Player).

Below are the latest shots of the team in their new 2010/11 Puma training kit, training this week at the University of Glamorgan playing fields.

All the usual banter merchants were in fine form as ever - Mark Kennedy and Michael Chopra in particular quick to pull a fair few legs!

But despite the feel good factor of being back as a team, the serious business has now begun. The 2010/11 season kicks off against Sheffield United in just over four weeks time, and of course pre-season fixtures are already upon us, starting with tomorrow's game at Bath.
