Day three in the Algarve, and the Bluebirds upped their training regime to include more strenuous fitness drills and weight-lifting sessions.

Happily, we can report that the Bluebirds' training camp is going just as Dave Jones, his coaching staff and every City fan would have hoped it would; the lads are getting sharper, fitter and closer to being ready for Saturday's tough test against top-flight Portuguese side, Portimonense SC.
