Day four of the Bluebirds' training camp in Portugal brought with it even more intense fitness training, medicine ball work and close control excercises.

With no midweek fixture this year, Dave Jones and his coaching staff have been able to focus much more on fitness training and getting that important sharpness back amongst the squad. They'll be able to put it all into practice against Portimonense on Saturday ahead of their return to the UK.
