The Bluebirds travel to Notts County's Meadow Lane on Saturday for their pen-ultimate pre-season fixture ahead of the 2010/11 campaign.
City's pre-season so far reads one win and one loss, after victory at Bath earlier in July and defeat to Portimonense on their Portuguese tour.
County, last season's League Two Champions, have played three games so far this summer, beating Salzburg and losing to Gydnia on their Eastern European tour before drawing 0-0 with Premier League Stoke City on Thursday evening.
The Bluebirds make their first visit to Meadow Lane since September 21 2002 in what was then Division Two (the third tier of domestic football). We were 1-0 winners with a twentieth minute goal from full-back Gary Croft, and went on to win promotion through the Play-Offs at the end of that season. Of the sixteen players in our squad that day (eleven starters and five substitutes), only Martyn Margetson remains with the Club, being our goalkeeping-coach.
