In an otherwise quiet transfer deadline day, late outbound activity for Cardiff City has come via centre-back Anthony Gerrard who has agreed to join Hull City on loan until the end of the season.

Anthony has found first team activity limited at the start of the new npower Championship season and has opted to move to the KC Stadium in search of regular starting eleven inclusion.

Good news for Seyi, who can now face his parent club Hull next month.

The agreement also includes the ability for Anthony to play against us and for Seyi Olofinjana to play for Cardiff City against Hull City at Cardiff City Stadium at 3pm on Saturday 11th September. The same rule applies for our away fixture in February.
