Aaron came up through the Club's Academy groups, becoming a scholarship-trainee, captaining the Under-18 team, and signing as a full professional in April 2009. He made his first-team debut early last season as substitute in a Carling Cup tie, and was in the eighteen on a number of occasions in 2009/10, making several substitute appearances and the occasional start. He has played for the Wales Under-16 side through having a Welsh great, great, grandfather, but was later ruled not to be qualified for Wales as only parents and grandparents count.
