Kevin began his career with Aberdeen whom he joined as a junior. He became a full professional with them on August 8th 1999. He made two hundred and two first-team appearances for them before joining Cardiff City on a free transfer in July 2006 and has been a regular ever since. He can play at right or left-back and in a central defensive position. A Scottish International, 'Super Kev' as he's fondly referred to by supporters was voted as the Club's Player of the Season for 2010/11.
