3 TONY CAPALDI (Left-back/left midfield)
Born in Norway, Tony was originally a trainee with Birmingham City, becoming a full professional with them in July 1999. He did not make any first-team appearances for Birmingham, and joined Plymouth Argyle on a free transfer in early-May 2003. He was a regular with Argyle over the next four years, playing in 153 League and Cup games, either at left-back or left-midfield. He has been capped for Northern Ireland at Under-21 and Senior levels, and became the most-capped International player in Argyle's history whilst with the Club. Tony joined Cardiff City on a free transfer in the summer of 2007, and made his Bluebirds debut on the opening day of last season against Stoke City. He missed only two Championship matches in 2007/08 and played in all of the Club's Carling Cup and F.A. Cup matches.
