Lee Clark said he felt hard done by following his side's 2-1 defeat at the hands of the Bluebirds on Tuesday.
Speaking to press after the game, the Blues boss said: "I think that we deserved something from the game; I thought we played well and got a bit unlucky. The goals are disappointing from our point of view and I thought we deserved at least a point.
"It doesn't help when you get back in the game and five minutes later you go 2-1 down, but we should have dealt with the corner better though.
"I thought we passed the ball very well today. I thought the performance was there today; the last two games the signs have been good. We have come to two very tough places and have been more in the game.
"Cardiff are a good side with a strong squad, they will definitely be near the top."
