All you need to know to get your Man Utd ticket

Key Points
•    Tickets for the Manchester United fixture will be ONLINE ONLY.  To purchase please visit www.eticketing.co.uk/cardiffcity  where they will go on sale from 9:00am this Monday (November 4th)
•    No ticket sales will be taken over the phone or in person at our Ticket Office.
•    You can log into your account before the 9am sale time, however you will not be able to purchase tickets or select seats before that time.
•    If you are having difficulties purchasing online, please ring the ticket office from 9:00am where they will talk you through the online ticketing process.  For this service please call the ticket office on 0845 345 1400.
•    The ticketing process for Premier Club members and all hospitality packages will remain the same. Please call our commercial team on 0845 345 1405 at 9:00am to book.
•    All disabled ticketing procedures will continue without change, therefore if you wish to purchase any of our disabled tickets please contact our ticket office on  0845 345 1400 as these tickets will not be available online.

Ticketing Update Explained

Tickets for the Bluebirds home clash with Manchester United at Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday, 24th November (kick-off 4pm) go on-sale this Monday, 4th November at 9am.

Available to Gold Members, general admission tickets will be on-sale on a first come, first served basis online at www.eticketing.co.uk/cardiffcity ONLY.

Please note that NO tickets will be sold over the phone or at the stadium. Demand for this fixture is high and we want to avoid any supporter frustrations from queuing, either in person or over the phone.

The ticket office will have a number of staff on hand to help fans through this process, so if you do require assistance please ring the ticket office on 0845 345 1400 and they can talk you through it.

E-Ticketing walkthrough guide

Account set-up:

Step 1: Access the website via http://www.eticketing.co.uk/cardiffcity

Step 2: Then at the top right of the screen click on 'Welcome, Login'

Step 3: You're now on the 'Log In' page, click on 'Activate My Account' that is located beneath where it asks for your email and password.

Step 4: It will now ask for your fan number and surname, your fan ID is found on previous tickets or membership cards. If you don’t know your fan number please contact the Ticket Office on 0845 345 1400, or email tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk

Step 5: You will then be asked to complete a form, answer the questions and then click 'Save Details'

You should have now activated your eticketing account, and can proceed to purchase match/event tickets.

Note:When activating multiple accounts, you can use the same email address but must use a different password for each account activated.

Purchasing multiple tickets for family and friends:

If you wish to purchase tickets for friends and family they must first be added to your network and then assigned to your selected ticket purchase at point of sale.

To add people to your network please follow the instructions set out below.

Step 1: Log in using your details and then click on 'My Account'

Step 2: On the right of the page under the 'Manage Your Account' section click on 'My Network'

Step 3: Please make sure your friends have activated their accounts in the same way that you have (set out above), enter their surname and fan number and add them to your network.

At this point your friends / family should have been added to your network.

Premier Club Members & Corporate Hospitality

Ticketing procedures for Premier Club members and corporate hospitality guests will remain the same, with ALL orders being taken over the phone.

Corporate hospitality packages for this fixture also go on sale at 9:00am Monday.

The match-day hospitality packages available for the game are:

• Captains Lounge: £199 – This package includes exclusive padded seating just behind the home dugout, a superb 3 course meal, half a bottle of wine and a post-match meet and greet.

• Sony Suite £149 – includes padded seats directly outside the suite along with a pre-match buffet, with a bucket of beverages (beer, wine or soft drinks) served in the ‘Sony Suite’.
