LOOKING BACK: NEWCASTLE 1-2 CITY

Club News

We take a look back to City's first win in Newcastle since 1963

As the Bluebirds prepare for a return to the northeast this weekend and a second visit to St James' Park of 2014, we look back at a few match shots as City came from behind to claim an FA Cup third round win.

Ole Gunnar Solskjær's first match as manager of the Bluebirds, Craig Noone first netted a 73rd minute equaliser before Fraizer Campbell secured the victory with ten minutes left to play.

It would become the Bluebirds' first victory in the City since a 4-0 victory over the Magpies back in November 1963.
