Monday afternoon saw two members of the Cardiff City squad taking big strides towards re-joining the first team squad after recent injury lay-offs.
Kiko Macheda and Bruno Ecuele Manga returned to action in the U21 development squad's match against Watford, with Macheda managing to get on the score-sheet in a 2-1 win.
The former Manchester United forward completed forty-five minutes before being substituted as arranged before the match.
Gabon international Manga was on the substitutes bench during Saturday's match with Derby County, before participating for an hour on Monday as both he and Kiko build towards full match fitness.
