Cardiff City FC can confirm that forward Rhys Healey has today joined Newport County on loan until Tuesday, 3rd January 2017.
The 21-year old forward, who has had previous loan spells with Colchester United and Dundee, will be eligible for 21 Sky Bet League Two matches.
