LAWRENCE: I CAN'T WAIT TO GET GOING

First interview with City's new loan signing...

Cardiff City’s latest recruit Tom Lawrence spoke exclusively to Cardiff City Player HD this afternoon, having signed on loan from Leicester City for the remainder of the 2015/16 campaign.

The Welsh international forward, who became City’s second deadline day acquisition, first spoke of his delight upon joining the Bluebirds.



“I’m very pleased to be here,” began Tom. “I can’t wait to get going now. This is a great opportunity for me and hopefully I can help to get the team as high up the league as possible.

“I wouldn’t put a number on it, but my target is to score as many goals as I can, create as many as I can and affect games as much as I can.”
