Ronaldo and Co frustrated by Icelandic strength in EURO 2016 opener...

Cardiff City central midfielder Aron Gunnarsson played a key part in Iceland's first match at EURO 2016, captaining his country throughout the 1-1 draw with Portugal.

The Bluebirds and Iceland No. 17 completed the entire 90 minutes, and was seemingly involved in a battle throughout with Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo - making a number of important tackles and interceptions to stop the iconic Portuguese attacker.

Next up for Aron and Iceland is a clash with Hungary on Saturday evening, live on BBC One.
