Cardiff City Football Club is currently recruiting for Hosts and Hostesses to support the Commerical Team on Cardiff City FC matchdays and at other events held at Cardiff City Stadium.
As the first point of contact for many of our guests, we’re looking for friendly, well-presented individuals who have excellent communication and customer service skills, to ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
Typical duties include assisting to set up hospitality lounges; meeting and greeting guests and directing them to the relevant lounge or table; dealing with queries; and assisting with ticket or hospitality pass collections.
We’re looking for someone who can provide great customer service and is confident liaising with our guests. You should have relevant hosting or waitressing experience and ideally have worked in a similar environment before.
Our events take place on weekends or weeknights, so it’s important that you can work flexible hours, including from 1630hrs on Tuesdays evenings. You must be over 16, and either a UK/EU resident, or non-resident with a valid UK work permit.
