Junior Bluebirds Kick About at CCS

The Bluebirds Charity were delighted to welcome junior season ticket holders to Cardiff City Stadium as they took part in the experience of a lifetime.

Over 100 children had the rare opportunity to train like a Bluebirds on the hallowed turf, before putting their skills into practise during small sided games.

Veterans Celebration Games

Participants on our Sporting Memories: The Veterans Project also graced the turf at Cardiff City Stadium as they took part in a number of activities as part of the Veterans Celebration Games.

Charities including Changed Step and BESMA joined the Bluebirds Charity to celebrate the success of a number of our beneficiaries from the project.

PL Kicks travel to Liverpool

Following the conclusion of our Premier League Kicks tournaments during the half-term holidays, participants from our Rumney site travelled to Liverpool to take part in a round-robin tournament.

As well as taking on Liverpool, the City representatives were also joined by teams from Stoke City & Newcastle on a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon on Merseyside.

Post-16 Education Taster Day

Last week also saw the Bluebirds Charity welcome a number of current and potential learners to our taster day, giving them an insight into our unique education courses.

Participants were able to take part in a number of different activities including street football, before concluding with an eleven-a-side fixture at the Cardiff City House of Sport Air Dome.
