MANAGER & PLAYER OF THE MONTH NOMINATIONS

On Thursday it was announced that Neil Warnock and Joe Ralls had been included in the EFL's four-man shortlists for the Sky Bet Championship Manager and Player of the Month Awards.

During January, Warnock's men won every league game that they played at Cardiff City Stadium, and came away from Ashton Gate with the Severnside Derby spoils.

Ralls lined up for City on seven occasions throughout the month, scoring against Aston Villa and Reading.

Reading boss Jaap Stam and Leeds United's Chris Wood were named eventual winners of the respective awards on Friday.
