CityCash is a Loyalty Scheme for Season Ticket Holders and Members to recognise and reward their support by giving them something back from the Club.
Qualifying Season Ticket Holders and Qualifying Members have automatically been enrolled in to the CityCash Scheme for the Season in which their Season Ticket or Membership is valid. Those who purchase a Season Ticket, a Half Season Ticket, Club Membership or Flex5 Ticket Bundle after the CityCash start date will automatically be enrolled in to the CityCash Scheme 48 hours after registration, unless otherwise stated.
By continuing to be enrolled in to the CityCash Scheme, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use, which can be viewed below.

£20 – Full Season Ticket Holder who has purchased between Wednesday 22nd July at 10am to Wednesday 29th July at 9.59am.
£10 – Full Season Ticket Holder who has purchased between Wednesday 29th July at 10am until Tuesday 4th August at 5pm.
£5 – Full Season Ticket Holder who has purchased between Tuesday 4th August at 5:01pm until Friday 14th August at 5pm.
No CityCash starting balances will be awarded for Season Ticket purchases outside of these dates.
Please note: CityCash starting balances will be available from 1st September 2020.

CityCash earned on full-price Merchandise items (at list price only unless otherwise stated by the Club) will be available after 30 days in-line with the club’s returns policy. CityCash cannot be earned on Matchday Programmes, Postage, Carrier Bags, discounted items or Charitable donations.Note: CityCash is awarded on the Qualifying Spend amount minus booking and delivery fees. Qualifying Spend means the total price paid to the Club after the value of any CityCash redemption has been excluded from the transaction. For example, if a Qualifying Season Ticket Holder bought a £20 Home League Match Ticket which was partly paid for using £5 of CityCash, the Qualifying Season Ticket Holder’s Qualifying Spend would be £15.
CityCash earned on Qualifying Home League Match Tickets and Hospitality Packages will be available 48 hours after the fixture date. Qualifying Home League Match Tickets refers to tickets purchased for League matches played at Cardiff City Stadium during the normal season. End of Season: Additional Rewards will be available 48 hours after the last fixture of the normal season. Events and other Additional Rewards will be determined on a case by case by the Club. League Home and Away matches refer to League matches played during the normal season.
CityCash is awarded to the Fan Number of the lead purchaser given at the time of purchase only.
You will receive a monthly Loyalty Statement on the 1st working day of every month via email, containing a link to your personalised URL which can be accessed via an internet connection at any time to view your current balance and transaction history. Please ensure that your contact details and communication preferences are up-to-date by logging in to your account on the eticketing Website or the Official Online Store. You can also check your balance in person at the Ticket Office or the in the Cardiff City Store.
All Qualifying Season Ticket Holders and Qualifying Members can redeem CityCash on the purchase of:
- Merchandise items
- Qualifying Home League Match Tickets*
- Corporate Club Events**
- Season Tickets
- Pro-Rata Season Tickets
- Half Season Tickets
- Club Memberships
*Home League Match Tickets refers to tickets purchased for League matches played at the Cardiff City Stadium during the normal season.
**Corporate Club Events as determined by the Club.
CityCash can be redeemed on Merchandise items in person at the Club Store or online at www.cardiffcityfcstore.com. Just present your Season Ticket or Membership Card prior to payment, or log in to the Official Online Store using your email address and password to redeem your CityCash. If you are not already registered online, please visit www.cardiffcityfcstore.com or www.eticketing.co.uk/cardiffcity where you can create a new account. Please ensure that you activate your account prior to purchase.
CityCash can be redeemed on ticketing in person at the Ticket Office, over the phone by calling 033 33 11 1920, or on qualifying ticket purchases online.
CityCash can be redeemed on selected Corporate Club Events (as determined by the Club) over the phone by calling the Club’s Commercial Department on 033 33 11 1921.
CityCash cannot be spent against the value of any Cup or Away Match Tickets, as well as Matchday Hospitality Packages or selected Corporate Club Events. CityCash also cannot be redeemed on Matchday Programmes, Postage, Carrier Bags, Gift Cards, Third Party Personalised Items, discounted items or Charitable donations.
For any refund in which CityCash was used as part payment, the CityCash amount used as payment for that purchase will be reinstated. For example, if you purchase a ticket for £20 which is paid for with £5 CityCash and £15 in cash and the item is returned, you will be refunded £5 back to your CityCash balance and given £15 in cash.
CityCash can only be redeemed by one individual Season Ticket Holder or Member per transaction.
