Sport Wales National Centre has extensive indoor and outdoor facilities that are used by more than 30 Welsh governing bodies of sport. The centre regularly hosts international competitions, training camps, coach education, qualifications and individual athlete training.

Facilities at the Sport Wales National Centre include: 2 gyms, a 30 station cardio gym and a 20 station weights gym that has six international lifting platforms. 4 international standard squash courts, 2 of which are glass backed exhibition courts that allow wheelchair access along with numerous badminton courts.

Sport Wales National Centre are offering current Cardiff City Season Ticket Holders 10% off Gold or Silver membership. Valid Season Ticket Cards will be required when joining. Terms and conditions apply.
