My Bluebirds Rewards | Affiliated Partners

As part of our new loyalty and membership scheme, My Bluebirds Rewards, fans can earn loyalty points to spend on the portal by spending with affiliate retailers, both online and in-store.

Fans will receive their multi-functional card (week commencing 13th September) which operates as their Season Ticket that allows them access to the stadium on matchday, and as a pre-paid payment card if they choose to activate.

The payment feature is powered by Pingit for Clubs by Barclays which provide the payments service on your card. The card can be used at Cardiff City Stadium, Cardiff City FC SuperStore and anywhere else that accepts Visa as a payment method. Once you make your first purchase with chip and pin, you can then use the card for contactless payment.

Loyalty points can be earned by completing rewardable activities on the portal, engagement with the Club and spending with affiliate retailers. You can find an extensive list of rewardable activities under ‘Earn Points’ on the My Bluebirds Rewards portal. You can spend the points you have accrued on the portal marketplace, prize draw and auction.

We have a huge list of partners where fans can earn loyalty points that include Sainsburys, Primark, B&Q, Adidas and MyProtein UK. Other affiliates include hotels & experiences, sportswear, broadband & insurance, health & fitness, confectionary, men’s & women’s clothing and more. There will be more partners added to My Bluebirds Rewards as the season unfolds.

Some partners operate both online and in-store, others operate either online or in-store only. In order to earn points when purchasing with online affiliates, you must click their link within the portal, otherwise the points will not be rewarded. Please refer to the portal to see where you can spend with each affiliate, partner offers and their exceptions.

To activate your membership card for Pingit for Clubs you must be 16 or older and a UK resident who only pays tax in the UK. A UK personal current account is required to register for Pingit for Clubs. If you choose not to activate your card for payment, your membership card will still provide access to your club.

To begin the registration process, firstly download our Official Cardiff City app. Here you can find My Bluebirds Rewards and Manage Pre-Paid Card. Click My Bluebirds Rewards and login using your Membership ID number which can be found on your card. Secondly, go to Manage Pre-Paid Card and follow the instructions. In this area, managed by Barclays, you can find your PIN code, load funds and manage your pre-paid card account.

Fans will need a Bluebirds Club Account linked to their Fan ID in order to log in to the portal and manage their pre-paid card.
