“Ben has captained our development side at a very young age and is someone who from day one of pre-season has kept improving and desperately wants to learn - and that’s a nice little combination to have,” he said

“You can see constant improvement in him, and there is a lot of potential there. It’s early days, but what I have seen in six months, bearing in mind I was a centre back and I’ve seen a lot of youngsters come through, Ben is someone if he keeps progressing, I think he will probably end up captaining Cardiff City one day.”
