Bluebirds to face Cup holders in fifth round
Cardiff City have been drawn at home to Wigan Athletic in the fifth round of the FA Cup with Budweiser.All fifth round ties are to be played over the 15th and 16th February 2014. Exact fixture and ticket details will be announced on www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk when confirmed.
The Bluebirds made it to the fifth round following a 1-0 victory over Bolton Wanderers at the Reebok Stadium on Saturday, Fraizer Campbell coming on at the break to grab the all important winner just five minutes into the second period.
Current FA Cup holders Wigan Athletic saw off Premier League opponents Crystal Palace at the DW Stadium as goals from Ben Watson and James McClean either side of half-time grabbed a 2-1 win.
