MARSHALL CALLED UP FOR SUMMER SCOTLAND INTERNATIONALS

Club News

Cardiff City No. 1 & captain David Marshall has been named in the Scotland squad for their two upcoming June international fixtures.

The Scots firstly face off against Qatar in a friendly match at Easter Road, Edinburgh on Friday, 5th June before returning to European Championship Qualifying action against the Republic of Ireland at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, 13th June.

David is the current Scotland No. 1 goalkeeper, and played the full ninety as Gordan Strachan's side defeated the Republic of Ireland in the return fixture back in November 2014.

The Tartan Army head into their qualification match just a single point behind current Group D leaders Poland, while Martin O'Neill's Republic of Ireland sit just two points away from their opponents with a huge win up for grabs.

Good luck to David and Scotland from all at Cardiff City. K accounts for updates on all Bluebirds in International action.Twitter and Facebook and the Club’s official cardiffcityfc.co.ukeep an eye on
