RALLS NAMED IN TEAM OF THE WEEK

Following Cardiff City’s 2-0 victory over Sky Bet Championship rivals Reading, the Bluebirds had further good news on Monday afternoon, as Joe Ralls was named in the Sky Bet Football League Team of the Week.

The twenty-two year old took up dead ball responsibilities on Saturday and assisted both goals against the visiting Royals. He first curled in a free-kick for Kenwyne Jones to notch his third league goal of the season, before setting up Matt Connolly's fine header from a corner after the interval.

The match took the midfielder’s assist tally to three this season, having also played a part in the build-up to Scott Malone’s sensational late strike against QPR at Loftus Road earlier in the season.
