MARSHY: WE MUST FIND CONSISTENCY

Following a battling draw between Cardiff City and Bristol City in the Severnside Derby, David Marshall spoke to the Press and Media at Cardiff City Stadium.


 
The Scotland international was honest in his assessment of the match, whilst highlighting the importance of consistency when competing towards the top of the Sky Bet Championship.

“It was a disappointing performance considering how well we have played at home this season,” began the City ‘keeper.

“We had opportunities at the end to go and win it, but we can’t complain about the result considering the chances that Bristol had too.
 
“We beat Middlesbrough at home last Tuesday, who are man for man probably the best in the league. We’ve got quality players and we still create chances every game. I definitely think we’ve got it in us to be more consistent as well.
 
“We’ve got a good couple of games coming up against Ipswich and Leeds, and I’m sure we’ll get back performing how we have been in the last couple of months.”
