Full-back determined to bring points back to Wales...

Lee Peltier and Craig Noone were the guests on this week's episode of In The City, as they looked ahead to tomorrow's Severnside Derby with Cardiff City Player HD.

Over 1,400 of you will be at Ashton Gate to cheer City on in the derby match, and Peltier is confident that he and his teammates will continue their positive run in the match against the Robins.

Pelts began by assessing the opposition, and in particular their new boss Lee Johnson, before explaining why he thinks their upturn in form can be put to an end at midday on Saturday.

“[Lee] Johnson has done a good job," began the full-back. "He obviously knows the club well having played there for a while, and his dad was manager there as well. I even played against him myself a couple of times!

“It’s given them a lift and they’ve got some good results, but that doesn’t really mean anything. Preston came here on the back of a good run and we got the three points. Hopefully we can end their run too.

“The boys are going well at the minute. We’ve been performing well and getting good results. We’ve been pretty solid and getting points the board, and hopefully that will continue this Saturday.”
