North America 2019 | Warnock Post-San Antonio

Neil Warnock spoke after Cardiff City tasted victory in the first match of their summer tour of North America.

The Bluebirds ran out 1-0 winners over San Antonio FC, courtesy of Josh Murphy's second-half penalty.

Following the final whistle, the Gaffer explained that he was happy with the contest, played out in front of a fine home atmosphere at Toyota Field.

"I was really impressed with the stadium," he began. "I thought it was a good atmosphere and it was nice to see it quite full.

"It was a good workout - no injuries and a lot of endeavour for what was our first full game. So it was just great preparation."
