PRE-MATCH NOTES | IAIN DARBYSHIRE

Head coach Iain Darbyshire offered his thoughts ahead of Sunday’s league season finale.

“It’s been a remarkable season for us and I’m so proud of all the players and the staff to secure back-to-back league titles. Sunday will be a great occasion for all involved and we’re really excited for it. The players thoroughly deserve to lift the title at Cardiff City Stadium.

“We will enjoy the title lift at the end of the game, but first, we have a job to do and that is to put in a good performance and hopefully, end our league season with a win. The support this season has been fantastic and we want to give back to everyone who will be attending on Sunday with a positive performance.

“We’ve had some great battles with Wrexham this season. They’ve been a great addition to the Adran Premier and we’re excited to go head-to-head again on Sunday.”
