Anna Phelps is a Bluebird!

The Bluebirds' goalkeeping options have been bolstered with the signing of Anna Phelps. 

The 17-year-old most recently played for fellow Adran Premier side Pontypridd United. 

Previously, Phelps has represented Talycopa, Swansea Schools and the FAW Girls Academy. 

The goalkeeper also has experience at international level, having featured for Wales at youth level.

Anna is available for selection ahead of our Adran Premier fixture against The New Saints this afternoon.

Upon signing for the Bluebirds, Anna said: "I'm feeling really good. Signing for Cardiff City is a good experience for me. I'm over the moon. 

"I'm training with some great players and brilliant goalkeepers, so it's a great experience for me as a young player. I've learned so much from them already, so that's a big positive. Hopefully, I can continue to learn, improve and play as many games as I can."
