Tickets purchased for this fixture after 19th December can be collected from the Cardiff City Ticket Office until 5pm on Wednesday, 28th December.
If you intend to collect from CCS, please call ahead on 033 33 11 1920 and inform our Ticket Office staff.
If you intend to collect your tickets at a time when the Ticket Office is closed, your tickets can be left for collection at our Main Reception.
Any tickets left uncollected after 5pm on Wednesday, 28th December can be collected on matchday from the away turnstiles at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
Additional tickets for this fixture will be available to purchase on matchday at the CBS Arena. These tickets will be available to purchase from turnstiles 1-5, cash only.

Travel Tips
The car journey from Cardiff City Stadium to the home of Coventry City will take approximately two-and-a-half hours, via the M50, M5, M42 and M6 toll.
For away fans, Car Park C is the closest available paid car park to the away end. Parking is £12 per game when booked in advance, and can be booked here.
Supporters travelling by train from Cardiff Central should take a CrossCountry service and change at Birmingham New Street to reach Coventry. The journey time is two-and-a-half-hours.
Please note that due to ongoing industrial action, railway services may be amended throughout the Christmas and New Year period. Please plan your journey in advance and check for service updates on your day of travel.
Away End
With a capacity of 32,609, the Coventry Building Society Arena is the 4th-largest ground in the Sky Bet Championship this season.
Away supporters will be located in the South Stand.
Food and Drink (soft drinks and alcohol) is available within the South Stand concourse from 90 minutes before kick-off. All kiosks are cashless.
