- Supporters must be in receipt of the standard or enhanced rate of DLA or PIP to be eligible for disabled price classes, and can be allocated a personal assistant free of charge if required. .
- Ambulant Seating and Wheelchair Access tickets are located on a disabled platform at the back of Block L, with access via lift or stairs inside turnstiles 19-22
- Disabled Parking: There are 5 parking spaces for Blue Badge Holders charged at £6 each, please contact the Cardiff City FC Ticket Office for further details.

- Tickets will become available to current Season Ticket Holders/Club Members/Junior Bluebird Members who have accumulated 8+ points over the last 15 away league games.
- 1,812 supporters will qualify for this stage.
Stage 2 - 10am, Wednesday, 26th August
- Tickets will become available to current Season Ticket Holders/Club Members/Junior Bluebird Members who have accumulated 4+ points over the last 15 away league games.
- 3,239 supporters will qualify for this stage.
Stage 3 - 10am, Friday, 29th August
- Subject to availability, tickets will become available to current Season Ticket Holders/Club Members/Junior Bluebird Members who have accumulated 1+ points over the last 15 away league games.
STARTING POINTS BALANCE
- Current Season Ticket Holders are allocated a starting balance of 2 points.
- Current Club/Junior Bluebird Members are allocated a starting balance of 1 point.
- Away league fixtures count as 1 point per game.
