The Bluebirds head to Vale Park to take on Port Vale in our first away fixture of the 2025/26 season.

Tickets will be available to purchase from the Cardiff City Ticket Office until 4pm on Wednesday, 6th August. 

Tickets bought via Cardiff City FC will be available for collection at the Ticket Office until 4pm on Wednesday. Any tickets not collected by this point will be sent to Port Vale for collection from turnstile 29 of the Bycars Stand.

Ticket sales will also be available on matchday from Vale Park - card payments only. A turnstile for payment and collections on the Bycars Stand will be allocated for sales.

TRAVEL TIPS

By Car: The car journey from Cardiff City Stadium to Vale Park will take approximately three hours, via the M5, M6 and M6. The postcode for the ground is ST6 1AW.

Bluebirds fans are advised to park at Haywood Academy, as opposed to Synetics Car Park. Haywood Academy is a five-minute walk from the ground.

For fans who have already booked for Synetics Car Park, call 024 7699 7605 to request the booking to be moved to Haywood Academy. Book parking here!

By Train: Trains run to the main Stoke-on-Trent station. From there, you can catch a bus to Burslem town centre. The Ground is situated on Hamil Road.

You can also catch the train to Longport station which is a 25 minute walk to Vale Park. Head up Station Street then head onto Newcastle Street until you reach Burslem town centre. Hamil Road is then on your left.

By Bus: 98/98A: Run regularly from Newcastle Bus Station to Burslem town centre.

20/20A/29/21/21A: Run regularly from Hanley Bus Station to Burslem town centre.

7/7A/7B/7C: Run regularly from Stoke-on-Trent Bus Station through to Hanley Bus Station and then to Burslem town centre.

By Coach: Coaches should head to Dimensions Leisure Centre. Coaches are advised not to go down Hamil Road, apart from the players' coach. Please note that the away end is the opposite side of the ground to our previous visit to Vale Park.

With a capacity of 18,947, Vale Park is the eighth-biggest ground in Sky Bet League One this season.

Away supporters will be housed in the Bycars Stand. Turnstiles open at 18:30. Away supporters can access the Bycars Stand via turnstiles 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 & 32. Turnstile 29 is a point of sale for matchday ticket purchases (card only). This will also be the collection point for any uncollected tickets.

Food and drink will be available in the concourse at Vale Park on Thursday evening.

The matchday concourses are cashless, with only card transactions accepted as a form of payment.
