If you require a duplicate ticket, you will need to contact City's Ticket Office prior to matchday to authorise the hosts to do so. Tickets that have been duplicated can then be collected from turnstiles 24 and 25 at Gate F on matchday.
Any tickets that have not been collected before matchday can be collected from the Ticket Office in The Cheadle End car park, once they have arrived.

TRAVEL TIPS
By car: The journey from Cardiff City Stadium to Edgeley Park takes approximately three-and-a-half hours, via the M5, M6 and M56. Edgeley Park’s postcode is SK3 9DD.
Directions: Exit the M6 at Junction 19 (sign-posted ‘Manchester Airport, Stockport A55, M56 East’) and at the roundabout, turn right onto the A556. At the Bowden roundabout after 4.2 miles, turn right (sign-posted ‘Manchester M56’) onto the M56 motorway. Exit the M56 motorway after 6.9 miles (sign-posted ‘Stockport M60, Sheffield M67’) onto the M60. Exit the M60 at Junction 1 (signposted ‘Stockport Town Centre’). At the roundabout, follow signs to ‘Cheadle A560’ and ‘Stockport County FC’ into Hollywood Way. Go straight on at the first set of traffic lights and turn right at the next (sign-posted ‘Cheadle A560, Stockport County FC’) onto the A560 towards ‘Ye Olde Woolpack’ pub. After 1.1 miles, turn left (no signpost, by the ‘Farmers Arms’) onto the B5465 Edgeley Road. After approximately one mile, turn right into Dale Street at the traffic lights and take the second left into Hardcastle Road for the stadium.
Car Parking: Car parking in the club car park on a matchday is limited to players, staff, home and visiting directors and match officials. Pay and display car parks are available. The NCP car park at Stockport Train Station offers a discounted price of just £3 on match days. There are a number of pay and display car parks within a 5-10 minute walk of the ground: Caroline Street - SK3 9DJ (3 hours 70p/4 hours 80p), Armoury Street - SK3 9DR 3 hours (£2.70/4 hours £3.60), James Street East /7 West - SK3 9AT (3 hours £70p/4 hours 80p) York Street - SK3 9AD (3 hours 70p/4 hours 80p), Bulkeley Street SK3 9AJ (3 hours 70p/4 hours 80p). Coach Parking: Visiting Supporters Coach Parking Coach parking is available at a cost of £20 off Bergara Close, Stockport, SK3 9AX.
By Train: Stockport Train Station is situated approximately half a mile from Edgeley Park. Walk down steps from platform and turn left (opposite direction to booking office). Walk up Station Road, turn left at the top and cross at the pelican crossing before the roundabout. Take the A5464 (Mercian Way) and turn left into Caroline Street for the stadium.
Bus services: The number 11, 309 & 310 bus all stop near Edgeley Park. The nearest stations to Edgeley Park are: Hardcastle Road is 98 meters away, a two minute walk. Castle Street is 328 meters away, a five min walk. Worral Street is 330 meters away, a five minute walk. Stockport is 2787 meters away, a 36 minute walk. East Didsbury (Manchester Metrolink) is 4248 meters away, a 55 minute walk.

AWAY END
Entrance and exit for The Vitality Railway End is via Gate F, located at the south east corner of the ground.
Access to Gate F is via the walkway off Booth Street, accessible directly from the coach park.
Disabled access is via Gate E at the north east corner of the ground along Hardcastle Road, this access point is step free.
Turnstiles open 90 minutes prior to kick-off, giving you plenty of time to make the most of your matchday experience.
The Away Ticket Office is located at the north west corner of the ground, in the Cheadle End car park.

Away fans will have access to food and drink kiosks at Edgeley Park on matchday.
Available to purchase from the kiosks are pies, hot dogs, burgers, confectionary, soft drinks and alcohol.
Please note that Edgeley Park is a cashless stadium.
