Yousef Salech spoke to Cardiff City TV after playing a crucial role in the Bluebirds' incredible comeback against Burnley on Saturday afternoon.
"Today was probably the craziest game I've played in." Yousef began. "We know if we score one goal, we could change the game, and that’s what we did quite early after the 60 minutes. Then it was just about trying to put as much pressure as possible on them, and get dangerous, and try to fight back into the game.
"It was my second, third or fourth touch of the game. To see the ball go into the back of the net was very nice. I knew there was a possibility to get another, and I think it gave the team a lot of motivation and belief to go on and win the game.
"For the second goal, all credit to Rubin as well - a really good run and positioning, which is something we've trained since Brian came in a year and a half ago. He knew exactly where to put the ball in the box, and I just did my part."
City came from 1-4 down to win 5-4 on a chaotic November afternoon, with Yousef praising the mentality of his teammates to stay in the game until the very end.
He said: "It was so hectic, I didn't even think about what the score was, at any of our goals. It was just about getting one more goal. The game ended 5-4, and that's a great feeling for the team.
"Especially in the game today, I’d rather win 5-4 than win 1-0! I think the fans probably got a lot of entertainment for their money as well today, a lot of goals, and I hope they enjoyed it as well. I think it also just shows that we need their support and their backing even if we’re behind, because stuff like this can happen.
"I'm motivated for every single game. I play for my family, my friends, for everyone who believes in me, and I did the same today. I try to do my best every single day. I still think we can improve even more, and also score more goals, but I'm enjoying it.
