Bristol City Remembrance

With Sunday's Severnside Derby taking place on Remembrance Sunday, we shall be hosting a tribute of honour in memory of the fallen.

Ahead of kick-off on Sunday afternoon both teams will be led out onto the pitch by Warrant Officer Class Two, Dan Cope from the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards and Corporal Lloyd Banks from 21 Signal Regiment, where a wreath will be laid on behalf of both clubs.

With the last post played by a member of the 1st Battalion Royal Welsh Guards, you will be asked to then please join us in a period of silence as we remember those who have suffered and lost their lives. The silence will start and end on the referee’s whistle.
