Colwill, Harris and Denham named in Wales squad

Three members of Steve Morison's First Team squad have been selected by Rob Page for Wales' upcoming five fixtures, including the FIFA World Cup Play-Off Final at Cardiff City Stadium.

Rubin Colwill and Mark Harris are joined in the senior squad for the first time by young defender Ollie Denham, who was called into the camp after impressing in the latter stages of the Championship campaign.

Page's side face a packed June schedule, with UEFA Nations League matches against Poland, Netherlands (x2) and Belgium alongside their critical Play-Off contest in the capital.

Gavin Whyte
Whyte picked for Northern Ireland

Gavin Whyte, who spent the 2021/22 season on loan with Oxford United, has been named in the Northern Ireland squad for their four UEFA Nations League matches in June.

The 26-year-old, who recorded ten assists in 37 League One outings last term, will be looking to play his part as Ian Baraclough's men take on Greece, Cyprus (x2) and Kosovo in League C.

Two City players selected for Wales U21 squad

Two Bluebirds have been selected to represent Wales' U21 side this month, with the young Dragons facing two final UEFA U21 EURO 2023 Qualifying matches.

Eli King and James Connolly have been named in Paul Bodin's side for matches against Netherlands and Gibraltar, with both fixtures taking place at Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli.

King has made five First Team appearances for City to date, whilst young defender Connolly has been called into his first U21 camp after spending the second half of last season on loan with promotion-winning Bristol Rovers.

McGuinness and Bagan named in Republic of Ireland's U21 squad

Mark McGuinness and Joel Bagan have once again been named in the Republic of Ireland U21 squad, with three crucial matches coming up for Jim Crawford's team.

The defensive duo will face Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro and Italy in their remaining Qualifying fixtures, with a spot at the 2023 U21 European Championships still up for grabs.
